Principal / Founder – FFE Group
Ashley founded the FFE Group in 2015, after nearly a decade in the FF&E procurement industry.
Her commitment to working closely with clients in the early planning stages, and ensuring value for money, has made her a sought-after consultant for both high-level and bespoke projects.
She has worked on some of NSW’s most significant redevelopment projects, including the $1 billion Westmead Redevelopment project, the Campbelltown Hospital Redevelopment, the Forensic & Pathology Coroners Court and various projects for Schools Infrastructure.
She is currently providing FF&E services for state-significant projects at the Randwick Health Campus and Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital
Senior Project Manager
Tom has applied his extensive experience in construction project management to his role as a senior project manager at the FFE Group.
His long history in project management has allowed him to cultivate a skill-set that has led him to successfully procure FF&E for a range of unique projects, including the world-class Forensic Pathology & Coroners Court and the Bloomfield Mental Facility Redevelopment.
Tom’s focus is on the delivery of FF&E, ensuring it meets user needs, while also considering the maintenance and lifecycle of a facility. He has a superior ability to understand the guidelines of FF&E, along with the “finer details” involved in delivery and logistics, allowing him to deliver successful projects for FFE Group clients.
